|אופן ההכנה:
מחממים תנור ל-190 מעלות, טורבו.
משמנים תבנית שקעים לקאפקייקס.
מוציאים בצק פילו מהאריזה, ואת הבצק בלבד, מגלגלים לגליל, כמו גליל מעיתון.
בעזרת סכין חדה, חותכים את גליל הבצק ל-12 חתיכות, 12 גלילות קטנות.
מניחים כל גלילה בתבנית השקעים ששימנו, עם חלקה הפתוח, השכבות, כלפי מעלה.
מפזרים את החמאה המומסת על פני כל הגלילות, כ-1-1.5 כפות חמאה מומסת על כל גלילה.
אופים בתנור שחומם מראש כ-20-25 דקות עד שהגלילות משחימות מאוד.
מוציאים מהתנור ומיד מפזרים דבש על כל העוגיות - כ-1.1.5 כפיות דבש על כל עוגיה.
מפזרים מעט שומשום לבן ושומשום שחור מעל כל עוגיה.
מעבירים בעזרת פלטה לצלחת הגשה.
מגישים עם שתייה חמה.
