It's a summer after noon, the city is quiet. It's hot out, but a nice breeze strokes you. Walk on beautiful Rothschild Boulevard and only a few steps away, greek music is playing. Wine is being poured, delicious food is passed around the table. Join me on this greek feast, for one night.
As a pastry chef, I always try to adjust to seasonality, to produce and flavored that are actually available now. We have such amazing summer fruit, it's a shame not to use them! Why not turn these beautiful flavors into desserts? Or cocktails? And then turn those cocktails into desserts! So that's exactly what I used to do in restaurants. And that's what we're gonna do together in my workshop. Taking beautiful delicious summer flavors, and turning them into even more delicious desserts!
